- Hold valid permission to reside in Thailand in accordance with immigration laws or relevant Thai regulations.
- Possess a foreign passport.
- Have not been sentenced to imprisonment in any jurisdiction, except for offenses resulting from negligence.
- Have not declared bankruptcy.
- Have not been declared mentally incompetent or quasi-incompetent.
